The location of this place is excellent, close to a bar/restaurant, the beach, and other dining options, and my room had a comfortable view of the pool.

Plenty of restaurants nearby, like La Palapa just a 10-minute walk away. - the room is clean, spacious, and has all the essentials including a minibar, work desk, and flat-screen TV with satellite channels. -the bed is exceptionally comfortable.

The double room had a large balcony and very comfortable beds.

The only thing I would ask for a better vacation for senior people is for the children working there to be more attentive and friendly towards guests.

My New Year break was not ideal. the room had a bad smell and it took several calls to reception and a few hours to be moved to a different room.

While the staff were friendly, some amenities, such as the gym and wellness center, were not yet available despite the hotel's recent refurbishment. , there were issues with persistent smells in the rooms that took a few days to resolve.
